When we exercise we are burning calories, which is great - but that only makes a small indent when it comes to fat/weight loss.
What is important is how many calories your body burns DURING and AFTER exercise, scientifically known as EPOC (Exercise Post Oxygen Consumption) or AFTERBURN - the rate at which your body will burn calories at rest, after you have exercised, achieved by using the very best in fat burning training.

So how does the Re-lite programme work?
Step 1) Metabolic shock. This is what we do to shock or wake up your Metabolism (the rate at which your body burns calories at rest), so we keep the the calories burning after your workout, by using the correct exercise and exercise routines.
Step 2) Hormone Control. Hormone control is used to achieve maximum fat loss in minimum time. Hormone imbalance can cause all kinds of serious health issues and fat gain in certain areas. For example, body fat stored on your stomach is directly linked to your bodys ability to deal with cortisol, your bodies stress hormone. By checking for hormone imbalances in your body and correcting them we can have your body dropping pounds of body fat quicker than anything else you have ever tried and correcting any health issues you have.
Step 3) Clean the Fat. When the human body is over ran with toxins from eating or drinking certain things your body will dump these toxins in your fat stores to stop them circulating through the body. We must eliminate the foods in your diet that are causing this and making your body hold onto fat. Once we have done this your body will expel these toxins along with fat and excess water.
Step 4) Postural Analysis. Your body has its own movement patterns, because of flexibility imbalances, under activated muscles, core and glute dysfunction or muscle imbalances. These are all caused by the way we live our lives, our jobs, our postural positioning, how we sit how we stand and how we exercise or have exercised in the past, and due to this we have caused all the above biomechanical issues.
Through postural analysis testing we will assess your body and all of the above dysfunctions and put them right using the correct exercise and stretching protocols, causing your body to move correctly and helping it burn more calories.
