Before I started with David i hadn't exercised for 2 years and before that my thought of exercise was 20minutes on the treadmill, a few sit-ups and that was it and never got any results. I had a baby in November 2008. Despite going to the Gym 3 times a week, where I would generally spend 1 hour on the running machine/x-trainer/rowing machine or going for a run by the river followed by a swim, I found that I just wasnt losing weight any more. I saw David's offer to drop a dress size in a month (or don't pay) and was quite sceptical.I chatted to David about his programme, but was not sure as I hadnt really considered having a personal trainer, and didnt really think it would be for me. (Too much like hard work/too expensive!). Anyway, I decided to give it a go for a month. I was quite surprised how easy the first few sessions were and how quickly the time passed. I also found that by cutting bread and pasta out of my diet, along with regular exercise, I had much more energy and started to lose weight again. After a month, I had to return a dress as it was falling off! In fact, at the end of the month, I signed up for another programme...and another!  I have now been having regular sessions with David for about 6 months and feel much fitter, healthier and toned and have lost at least a stone and two dress sizes. I think having a fitness programme tailor made is certainly the most effective way to exercise. I also know that if I had just been going to the gym or doing group lessons, I would have been tempted to skive, whereas when you are on your own, you have to turn up! (And generally feel much better afterwards!). I think that David gets good results as he pushes you to do more than you probably would on your own. I would definitely 100% recommend his programme!

I feel that since doing bootcamp not only have I lost previously unshiftable pounds but I have had many health benefits from following the diet which I will continue in the future. Before starting the course I felt my fitness had hit a plateau - the bootcamp sessions were very challenging and extremely well run and motivating. Everyone at the camp gets behind each other and that motivation from them and David I havent found anywhere else it really does help you get up at 6am to go and workout. I have meet some good friends at Bootcamp and I'm still getting the results i want, im dropping weight and toning up getting into small clothes sizes after every camp. I've signed up for 4 camps and I'm getting ready for my next one.

I love exercise and have always done it but I was looking for something new and something to get my fitness to the next level. I attend the boxerfit classes that David runs and he said he was running these Bootcamps and it sounded exactly what I needed. I signed up and I was quite apprehensive about it but I totally loved it. No two sessions are the same and the results were great - I felt much fitter by the end and even lost some weight which was a bonus but weight loss wasn't my goal. I followed the diet which on the face of it was tough but made total sense, healthy, sustainable eating programme.
